1 knob of fresh ginger

1 cup beef or chicken bone broth

Ginger-Infused Bone Broth

Add ginger to your bone broth for a warm, spicy kick—perfect for cold days. Ginger helps with digestion, reduces inflammation, and boosts circulation. Try this easy Ginger-Infused Bone Broth recipe!

Instructions

  1. Bring the bone broth to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the ginger pieces to the boiling bone broth.
  3. Let the broth simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Strain the broth to remove the ginger pieces.
  6. Serve the ginger-infused bone broth.
