Babs Loyalty Program

Joining the reward program is easy! If you already have a babsbonebroth.com account you’re  automatically signed up to start earning points. If you don’t have an account you can create one here, and when you join the program – you get 5 welcome points!

You can redeem your points at the checkout.

The reward history and how many points you have earned can be checked via Babs MyAccount.

Most of your newly earned points will be visible after a purchase is made. If you notice an error, please contact contact@babsbonebroth.com. All ‘action’ points will be added within 24 hrs.

You can find your referral URL or referral code by going to your Babs account on the points page. You can copy-paste the whole referral link and share it with your friends, acquaintances, colleagues, and family. Please note – you will receive the points only when the other user places an order using your referral link!

You will lose those points that you had earned from placing an order and your balance will return to that which you had previously.

Yes, your points will expire after 3 months if there is no activity in either earning or redeeming points through your Babs account.

We understand that it would be convenient for our customers to be able to combine their loyalty points with the benefits of their subscription. However, our systems are currently not able to combine these two benefits. This means that it’s not possible to use both your loyalty points and the benefits of your subscription at the same time. We recommend that you choose the option that is most advantageous for you at the time of purchase.
