1 cup hot coffee (fresh)

1-2 tablespoons of unflavored Bone Broth Pure

1-2 teaspoons Ghee or unsalted butter

1 teaspoon MCT oil or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately
